How to use: Herbal tinctures are taken 30 -90 drops (1/2 - 1 1/2 teaspoon) under the tongue up to 3 times a day. If you do not like the taste of extracts/tinctures, you can add it to a small glass of water, tea or juice.

Shake well before use. Store in a dark and dry place. No refrigeration needed.

Please allow 2- 3 weeks for herbs to work their way into your system to gauge the effectiveness.
