A potent and nourishing blend formulated with anti inflammatory plants and roots to support inflammation in the body. This blend is 2 ounces and contains about 30 servings of tea. ~caffeine free~

Ingredients:

Turmeric Root* -  contains two chemicals, curcumin and curcuminoids that are known to act to decrease inflammation. Turmeric has been shown to be effective as a pain reliever in many cases of rheumatoid arthritis.

Meadowsweet Leaf* - mild but effective anti-inflammatory herb that is helpful for arthritis and aches and pains.

Ginger Root* - helps to relieve nausea, arthritis, abdominal cramps. Ginger also helps to improve digestion which can ward off an upset stomach.

Lemongrass* - has antibacterial, analgesic, astringent and digestive properties. It is also a mild diuretic and a digestive stimulant that is known to promote digestion of fats.

Lemon Peels* - has antibacterial, antiviral, and astringent properties.

Cinnamon Chips* - has antibacterial, analgesic, astringent and antioxidant properties. Helps with digestion, IBS, and nausea.

Licorice Root* - is considered an adrenal tonic which increases production of the chemicals that aid in our bodies recovery from chronic anxiety and stress. Has anti-inflammatory properties as well.

Peppermint Leaf* - has antifungal, antispasmodic, analgesic, antioxidant, carminative, and astringent properties. Helpful for gas and bloating after heavy meals.

Steep 1-2 tsp of tea per 8 ounce of hot water for 8-10 minutes. After the tea has reached the desired strength, strain out loose leaf tea and enjoy. Feel free to sweeten as desired.
