Shop Policies


Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days after placing your order. We ship via USPS First Class & Priority Mail and most shipments arrive in 2-3 business days. Please note that we try to keep shipping cost down as much as possible, the United States Postal Service has set rates and we try to work within those rates to make it most affordable to you. Once shipped your tracking information will be sent to your email address provided.
Shipping rates are based on weight, prior to discounts or promotions. Free shipping applies to orders over $50.00 (USA Only).

We now offer international shipping and the rates are automatically calculated at checkout. Customer is responsible for custom fees related to shipping cost.

*If you receive your product and it is damaged in transit to your destination, please contact us immediately with proof of damages. We will reship a replacement product to you once we have all the information needed.


We can not accept returns or exchanges on our products. They are all handcrafted and made in small batches so we can not reshelve them. Once our products leave our shop, we can not guarantee their purity. If for some reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your purchase. We will do our best to come to an agreeable solution.

It is always best to do a small patch skin test on your arm to verify if any allergies to a natural ingredient exist. If any adverse reaction develops, stop use immediately and contact a physician. Naturally Devine Herbal Apothecary cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions caused by an ingredient in one of our products as every individual has different sensitivities to certain ingredients that are out of our control.
